Feature your show flyers online across all three of our websites from only £19 + VAT
To include your show flyers, it could not be easier, simply email the pdf file to us and we will do the rest. Costs vary depending on the type of flyer you wish to feature. We have a huge number of theatre and venue details already stored in our database so when we receive a flyer we simply link the flyer to each relevant venue along with the dates of each show. The flyer will then be displayed numerous times throughout all three of our websites. Once a show date has passed the flyer linked to that date will automatically disappear from the sites. At the end of the advertising period you will be sent a report detailing the amount of times that the flyer has been downloaded, you will also receive information on page impressions, total number of web links and how many times visitors have clicked the buy tickets button. The length of the advertising period depends entirely on you, the sooner you feature your flyer the longer you get so it pays to send us your flyers as soon as they are approved at the printers. The only exception to this is for seasonal guides as these are featured on a 12 month basis.

Single Venue Flyer - £19 + VAT
This entry is designed to feature one flyer promoting a show at one venue. The entry will be linked to the relevant venue along with the dates of the show.
Multiple Venue Flyer - £49 + VAT
This entry is designed to feature one flyer promoting a touring show at multiple venues. The entry will be linked to all the relevant venues along with all the dates of all the shows.
Theatre Seasonal Guide - £39 + VAT per year
You can update this entry throughout the 12 month advertising period free of charge, so when your Spring/Summer guide is out of date simply email us the Autumn/Winter one and we will update it for you at no extra cost.
We do all the work
We add all the flyers online for you, all you have to do is email us the pdfs, if you do not have a pdf simply send the hard copies in the post and we will produce the pdfs for you, however real pdfs from the original artwork are better quality and perform better in search engines. We also embed a number of keywords into every pdf to enable the flyer to be picked up in a Google Search.
